Vidalista 80

Vidalista Black 80 is a more potent version of Tadalafil, as it contains a higher than usual concentration of Vidalista and also other powerful and bioactive ingredients like L-Arginine, Ginseng, Vitamin B6, and also Folic Acid. All these ingredients work separately to aid sexual performance and erectile health: Vidalista helps in improving the cGMP production in the body, dilating the nerves in the penis, engorging it with blood, and bringing about an erection. L-Arginine is an amino acid that helps in the production of the nitric oxide in the body as well as in the penile erection. On the other hand, Ginseng is a herbal solution that helps in maximizing the immune system, improving sexual performance and enhancing energy levels. L-Arginine is not able to work well for everyone. However, Ginseng boosts its functioning, so both of them are convenient to take together. Next, Vitamin B6 balances hormones in the body and aids in the treatment of hidden causes of erectile issues. At last, the combined performance of Folic acid and Vitamin B6 enhances the development of red blood cells. They keep the body rejuvenated with well blood supply.

Vidalista Black has been developed by Centurion Laboratories (which is an Indian manufacturer since 1995). This firm has several pharmaceutical medicines which it is marketing at a global level. Centurion Laboratories has developed certain treatments for male health problems, antibiotics, antiseptic, cold medications, flu medications, cardiovascular medicines, pain management medications, and psychiatric medicines.
                                    Side Effects
Vidalista has been used by approximately 15,000 men participating in clinical trials, and over eight million men worldwide (primarily in the post-approval/post-marketing setting). The most common side effects when using vidalista are a headache, stomach discomfort or pain, indigestion, burping, acid reflux, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or a runny nose. All these side effects indicate the ability of PDE5 inhibition and lead to widen of the blood vessels and generally go away after some time. Some back pain and muscle pain can arise after taking the medicine and then sign generally fades after 48 hours.
In May 2005, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration found that vidalista (along with other PDE5 inhibitors) was associated with vision impairment related to NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy) in certain patients taking these medications in the post-marketing (outside of clinical trials) setting. Most of the patients had some hidden anatomic or vascular risk factors for the production of NAION unrelated to PDE5 use which includes hypertension, smoking, diabetes, coronary artery disease, age over 50 and crowed disc. Given the small number of NAION events with the use of PDE5, the large amount of users of PDE5 inhibitors and the consideration that this event happens in a similar population to those who do not take these drugs, the FDA came with the conclusion that they were not able to cause and effect relationship, given these patients underlying anatomical defects or vascular risk factors. So, the label of three PDE5 inhibitors has been changed to aware physicians to a possible association.

In October 2007, the FDA announced that the labeling for all PDE5 inhibitors, including vidalista, requires a more prominent warning of the potential risk of sudden hearing loss as the conclusion of temporary deafness reports related with the use of PDE5 inhibitors.

Usage
Use as needed for ED:
-Initial prescription: 10 mg orally one time in a day, as required, according to sexual activity
-Maintenance prescription: 5 to 20 mg orally only once a day as per the sexual activity based on individual efficiency and tolerability
Once a day use for ED:
-Initial prescription: 2.5 mg orally once a day at the same time, regardless of the timing of sexual activity
-Maintenance prescription: 2.5 to 5 mg orally once a day depending on the individual efficacy and tolerability.

Once daily use for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and ED:
-5 mg orally once a day at the same time, regardless of the timing of sexual intercourse.

Drug Interactions
Since PDE5 inhibitors such as vidalista may cause transiently low blood pressure (hypotension), alkyl nitrites (poppers) should not be taken for at least 48 hours after taking the last dose of Vidalia. Using poppers (such as the sex medicine amyl nitrite) within this time may enhance the risk factor of life-threatening hypotension.
Since people who have taken vidalista within the past 48 hours cannot take organic nitrates to relieve angina (such as glyceryl trinitrate spray), these patients should seek immediate medical attention if they experience anginal chest pain.[5] In the event of a medical emergency, paramedics and medical personnel should be notified of any recent doses of Vidalia.
Vidalista is metabolized predominantly by the hepatic CYP3A4 enzyme system. The presence of other drugs which induce this system can shorten vidalista half-life and reduce serum levels, and hence efficacy, of the drug.
